If you really want to have a great night sleep, squeeze two limes into a cup, and cut one passion fruit in half, scoop that yellow pulp, with the seeds, put them all in the blender, with a little of sugar or honey. After you blend them, put them in a pot and boil for 3 minutes. Wait to cool down a little, and drink it. I guarantee you, that within 20 minutes you will not be able to keep your eyes open. My mother and my grandmas use to give to us when kids, to put us to sleep fast when we had some kind of pain or fever. As you know, limes are very cheap, they cost only .25 cents at Walmart. But, passion fruit is expensive here in the USA, and the only place I found them here in Arizona was at the Safeway Supermarkets. They cost about 4 dollars for one little fruit.   15. I hate the smell of lemons though, it's too strong. So is the taste. I put less than a half a teaspoon in a big bottle of water (20+ ozs) & I could barely drink it. I almost spat it out. Now I use more like a fourth of a teaspoon of lemon in a way bigger bottle of water. Still kinda strong though. 😣

  22. good point..however cutting fresh lemons would also make fruit flies appear….lemon juice which obviously isnt fresh can be used as a cleaning disinfectant..as well as fresh cut lemons squeezed with egg whites and sea salt as a scrub can improve your complexion by rubbing it on your skin..green tea also has the same uses as oregano tea as well…adding sugar is bad unfortunately because even though it may make it taste better it also opens you up to putting on lbs..etc…fresh limes also do the same thing…when I'm sick I use the good old fashioned way of VICKS vaporub…rubbed on chest ..neck and in nostrils..helps you breathe..breaks up the bacteria and cough..as well as hot broth and hot tea…
