A Life-Changing Pop with Dr Pimple Popper

This has been removed before and also been inflamed before You’re doing fantastic sorry it has to be in such a tough area that we gotta’… Do such awkward things to you here. don’t hold your breath! breath thats the most important thing for us! Please Please Breathe! I free dive Wow you do?! Now that’s interesting (so I’m practicing) I think I need to actually squeeze it I was going to see if I could try to get it out whole but the problem with that is that it takes a lot longer I see it, its right there! But its kind of sticking to ya! We see the top of it but it’s not, it’s not open yet It’s so pristine and pretty that I don’t want to puncture it But I know Im probably going to have to I don’t think that I can get it out. We’re all admiring your cyst! I bet you could feel that pressure relief Definitely a cyst, and we definitely just deflated it. And now we’ll just try to carefully tease the rest of it out And it got inflamed before, and now its grown back pretty big, its really obscured your vision. It’s cramping your style, your friends have nicknames for you it’s not so nice! All the little kids that I teach sports always ask me what is that, I tell them I’m a ninja So you say, you should see the other guy! I’m just pulling on you because I’m going to try and get out as much as I can intact. We squeezed out the top of it but the whole sac is still underneath Going to take it out in pieces So then you looked on the internet and you found that we did this, and that we maybe did it in a different way that looked better to you Yeah, actually I saw a couple of procedures that you did and they impressed me. It’s almost like a little calcified edge there Keep your eyes closed, I’m just going to put some more numbing solution in there This is like, life changing for you it really is. We’re seriously so close to being done I can’t wait for your Mom to see you You’re a two eyed guy now……he said that they called him third eye blind It was like the size of one of the bigger jellybeans you can get It was under there though! I could be wrong it could have been bigger than that. I just squeezed it, I didn’t see it, I just squeezed it until I felt it pop. There is something hard right here.. You’re making this a challenge, I think there’s pieces of it everywhere. It’s going to look so nice, in fact there is a little bit of extra skin… If I close that it’s nice because it’s in that little gap First I’m going to put a suture in and then I’m going to take off any extra skin if we need to You okay? (Yeah) I didn’t want to say this before but I can now that we have it all out. This is called the danger triangle If you had an infection here it could cause a lot of problems and inflame a lot of your nerves I like it! A lot! Here are a lot of the pieces, I think some of them were calcified

  1. Third Eye Blind aye? 😃😃😃

"I wish you could squeeze away that cyst my friend,
You could, cut and eli-mi-nate it's en-tire contents,
And…I never wanted to see it again,
    Can you understand~"

  2. Does anyone else get weirded out when the patients talk? Like you wanna say… shhhhh! Go to sleep! She’s cutting your face open! 😂

  3. Beautiful work! This young man is such a gentleman. I do have to admit that "3rd Eye Blind" is a great nickname!

  4. If he starts saying things like "I smell blue", that's not the cyst you're pulling out of there anymore.

  5. Excellent professional work, dr Lee is the only one I always return to after watching some other dermatologists making them look like amateurs

  6. Dr. Lee thank you for giving his life back to him! May your days remain truly blessed as long as you live ❤

  7. Sakit sempurna Dr sandre Lee. Andai saya punya banyak harta. Saya akan bawa ponakan saya operasi tumor hemangioma di hidung dekat mata di anda Dr Sandra lee

  8. can you please do update videos of your patients so we can see the results after the surgery? I am a big fan by the way:-)

  9. Dr. Lee I was wondering how much of his sinuses were blocked due to where it was located ? When you were clipping the tissue out it looked as if it was blocking part of the nasal area.

  10. I really want to design some special tools for you! One took could be a croo-up between a hemastat and tweezers having teeth with a pitch that would hold and not slip.

  11. I especially liked this video because it graphically shows what happens if the cyst removal isn't done right to begin with. Dr had to dig through all kinds of "removal relics" before she could get everything out. Even so, it appears the scar is going to be almost invisible. Good lesson and good job!

  12. After this type of procedure, does Dr. Lee always give antibiotics to avoid infection? What types of procedures warrant the use of an antibiotic, and which do not?

  13. He doesnt need a step by step commentary. Concentrate on the surgery. And be quiet. It is numb but still is traumatic.

  14. Dr. Lee, I just want to say that I love your bedside manner! I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa and I have not had a doctor like you but wish I had! Keep up the excellent care of your patients!

  15. Dr. Lee you did an amazing job. The before and after photos are incredible given the fact that it was in an awkward curve so close to his eye. The stitches were excellently done. I'm an LPN nurse and I wish I was there to assist you. Your job must be very satisfying. I love to watch your videos. Keep up the excellent work. 😊👍

  16. So why don’t you flush the wound out after cutting the cyst out if you’re so concerned with infection? It seems like it’d make more sense for you to flush the pocket out before you close it up…I have seen a lot of other doctors do this. Also the scar would have looked better if it had been vertically flush with his nose…would have trimmed the skin down more too because you left a bit of a saggy, baggy mess. 🙁

  17. Wonder why you just tell them..gonna be a bigger scar..cause I got to cut a bigger line. Cause all the digging and all is time. Slice and dice and get her done!!

  18. They do care about his appearance I hope it heals up nice and it doesn't look like a Fat over his eye cuz they really got it all out

  19. ??? Huh? How did it change a life n whos life was it that was changed? Hers?😳 how? Was this excision the one that landed her the t.v. show or sumthin? I dont get it. I no SHE has changed bcuza the 15mins of fame blowin her head up but i ways thought that happened as soon as the tv show producers hitter up to get a show. Howd THIS POP change someones' life n who was it?

  20. Wow Dr Lee you are so precise n careful, That was way too close for comfort when u first cut it open but you always have a way of taking your patients mind off of what you're doing making it a comfortable experience! You Rock!!

  21. It was the size of the big marble…the shooting marble. Easily the size of a marble, maybe a ping pong ball (maybe not as big as a P.P.Ball huh?)

  22. It’s so great to see Dr Lee at work. She is so good at what she does and her interactions with her patients. She is so empathic.

  23. I love how thorough Dr. Lee is, but each time she went back in to pull out more of the cyst in the sack, I found myself grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw. EEK!

    Addendum: great job!
