Adrenal Fatigue diet is very different from
other diets. The reason is simple. When the adrenals glands are deranged, hormones and
metabolic pathways are disrupted. Ordinary diet, ordinary recommendations in terms of
carbohydrate, protein, as well as fat proportion, can be very, very different. For example,
many in Adrenal Fatigue cannot tolerate carbohydrates. They may need more protein or fat. So, knowing
what kind of diet requirement specific for the adrenal fatigue sufferer is very important.
