Garlic in Milk: Benefits


The benefits of garlic in milk, and how to
make this yourself at home 1. Garlic is one of the best natural medicines
available, however many people do not like to eat raw garlic. 2. If you have a cold or flu, you can drink garlic
milk to ease your symptoms. 3. This works very well for those who have a
cough, sore throat or breathing problems such as asthma or bronchitis. 4. Garlic contains allicin, a compound which
is a natural antibiotic. It has been shown to destroy MRSA and VRE.
5. You can make this simple remedy by crushing
a garlic head, and taking out 4 cloves. Add these to a pan with 250ml of milk, and
150ml water. Bring this to the boil for 2 minutes. 6. This process will bring out the natural compounds
within the garlic, ready to heal your body. 7. Remove the cloves using a spoon, and drink
the milk whilst it is still hot for the best effects. 8. You can drink this before bed time, to help
you sleep with a sore throat. 9. The garlic essence in the milk, will speed
up recovery time by boosting your immune system. 10. You may use cow’s milk, or if you prefer
there are alternatives including almond milk, soy milk, oat milk etc… 11. You can also place garlic cloves in the ear

  1. I finely grate a garlic clove, add it to a glass of warm water. Grate some fresh ginger and a tea spoon of honey and add them also to the garlic. Stir all up and drink it.
    It tastes great, and it clears a runny nose in minutes.

    Heating or boiling the garlic as u recommend in this video, is NOT good as heat destroys the beneficial components of garlic.

  3. No options for cow milk only packet dairy milk have to intake. CAN I ADD RAW TURMERIC TO THIS DRINK ?? CAN I GIVE TO MY 4 YRS OLD BABY BEFORE BED TIME ?? PLEASE SUGGEST. PLEASE SUGGEST

  4. Rubbish! It is a known research fact that when garlic is heated up it destroys the allicin and phytonutrients – the very benefits that hrlp clear mucous from lungs and bacteria running through the body creating serious bugs etc. The best day to eat it is suffering the heat effects by chopping a large clove in two or four and lightly crushing it with molars and swallow it with a swig of milk which nutralises the allicin burn. Recommended three times a day. I only do it once a day and feel the positive effects. Apparently, best taken in the morning on an empty stomach as research has it that this is when the bacteria that causes bugs etc are more prevalent in the stomach then.
