HOW TO GET RID OF PHLEGM (MUCUS) IN THROAT Naturally

worry, we have some simple remedies that you can try at home. Take a glass of warm water.
Add one teaspoon of salt to it, mix this well and gargle with this water for 4 to 5 times
a day. Take a cup of warm water add 2 table spoons of lemon juice to it and then add a
tea spoon of honey. Mix this well and drink it 3 to 4 times a
day. Take cup of boiling water add 1 teaspoon of freshly cut ginger pieces to it and cover
this with a lid and let it stay for about 5 mins. Later strain the solution, add 1 teaspoon

  1. Ok first off I bet many here are smokers so stop smoking, if you got to smoke get this product which is also from India its called Nurdosh Durmpan. Amazon has it and it helps out a lot. I mean it. You actually smoke it like a regular cigarette and it helps heal your lungs. No I'm not selling it so don't quote me but I use it all the time. And yes it helps a lot. I never smoked before but It keeps my Asthma away and helps me with the Phlegm. There are also Native American herbs you can get to help you.
