there could be a heat buildup because you still have a lot of blood flow in
the nose but you’ve stopped breathing so there could be a heat buildup in the
nasal cavity as you hold your breath you activate the sympathetic nervous system
could be any of these combinations that are doing it a lot of the papers were
focused on carbon dioxide but some people don’t necessarily agree it is co2
it could be any factor yeah take a small breath into your nose small breath out

Bro I can’t even. this is my 10th video And I’m still In bed at 4:00am with not Panadol or throat lozenges , having trouble breathing, sleep and food deprived, wanting to end it all, wondering what I did wrong to deserve this, thinking of having a working nose and this guy is telling me to breath through my nose and block my nostrils……….. IF YOU HAVENT ALREADY REALISED I CANT BREATHE THROUGH MY NOSE THATS WHY I CAME ONTO THE VIDEO YOU DIGBAT. LIKE WHAT THE HELL MAN. And I did it cause I’m not thinking straight and I thought this guy would help you know…… but then I full on almost went into an Asthma attack plus cardiac arrest. Now I need to go vomit

  8. 1st of all i have a headache from swaying and holding my bret, 2nd when he says bret i burst out laughing 3rd i feel like a idiot swaying on my bed at 12:00 o'clock at night 4th i have a headache and a stuffy nose becuse THIS DOESN'T WORK!

  9. I seriously need to go see a doctor instead of staying up till 1 am watching nose unblocking exercises. My nose has been runny or plugged for 6 months after I had a really bad cold 😅
