AND OBVIOUSLY FOR OUR GENERAL OVERALL GOOD HEALTH. A GOOD QUESTION HOW MUCH WATER DO YOU RECOMMEND? SOMETIMES YOU HEAR SIX 8-OUNCE GLASSES OF WATER? MY RECOMMENDATION IS FOR YOU TO DRINK BETWEEN 6 TO 8 CUPS OF 8-OUNCE GLASSES OF WATER WHICH WILL HELP REALLY HELP REPLENISH AND KEEP GOOD HEALTH.
