Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, And 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in it. Mix them well. And drink this solution for about 2-3 times a day. Take a glass of hot boiling water. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder. Mix it well. Strain the solution and gargle with it for about 2-3 times a day. Some tips to further help you with sore throat. Chewing a piece of ginger or licorice root can also bring some relief. Drink warm liquids and soups. If the condition continues for more than a week, consult your doctor.
