Swine flu explained | Full animated video ||Nepali–English CC

Since a few days, Swine Flu has again begun to be seen in Nepal. On a few days time, more than 6 people of Nepal have already died due to it. Today we will talk in this video, the cause of swine flu…. …the symtoms of swine flu, and it’s preventive measures. Swine flu is orginally a respiratory disease in pigs caused by H1N1 virus. But if the disease gets transferred to a human from the infected pig… the infected human can transfer the disease to other humans. The swine flu viruses get spread when a infected person coughs or sneezes… ..and nearby people get infected. Similarly when a person touches his nose, mouth or eye after touching a virus containing object.. ..this disease may spread. However, one doesn’t get swine flu from properly cooked pig meat. The first thing to be safe from swine flu, is reduction in direct contact with many people. Since this disease can also get spread from the pigs.. direct contact with pigs as well must not be made as far as possible. A habit of washing hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds should be on coming home. The risk of transferring of this disease is highest while shaking hands. So, if we eliminate the habit of shaking hands (and try ‘Namaste’ as alternative)… ..this risk can be decreased by considerable number. Along with it, compulsive face touching habit elimination is also important. If someone is showing symptoms of or similar to common cold, avoid close contact. The symptoms of swine flu are very similar to symptoms of common cold. The one you guessed suffering from common cold, can in fact be suffering from swine flu. Fever, headache, coughing, …breathing problems are the symptoms of this disease. Some people may also suffer from diarrhea and vomiting. If these symptoms are seen in you, go immediately to a hospital and check from swine flu. Swine flu can successfully be cured from medicines. But since it’s medicine is most effective only when taken within 48 hours… ..delay should not be done. At last, if you are going to a crowdy place… ..don’t forget to wear a mask. A simple mask can reduce this disease by far. If you liked the video, don’t forget to press LIKE button; and also to COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE.
