Where is the Adrenal Gland

Where’s the adrenal gland? They are located
right above your kidneys. The size of two little walnuts, one on each side, they control
many, many hormones of your body and is responsible for the stress control. When your body’s under
stress, the adrenal glands go into overwork situation. Having a normal adrenal function
is very important because if you don’t have good hormones, and by the way, the adrenal
glands control over 50 of them, you are not going to feel good. In fact, you’re going
to feel lousy. You’re going to have fatigue. You’re going to have lethargy. You’re going
to have lower energy, insomnia. You can have salt cravings, low blood pressure and many,
many symptoms. So knowing where the adrenal glands are physiologically may not be important
